卷板机的保养作业概况
一级技能保养 按照"日常保护"项目进行，并增加下列作业。
1查看电气体系各线路及零附件作业是否无缺。
2查看液压体系油箱内的油位是否正常，及时弥补缺乏部分。
3油压体系的动作查看，在最高作业下操作查看机器功能状况。
4查看卷板机本体下辊轴承空隙及机架滑动导轨空隙。
5查看开式齿轮啮合状况。

2 check whether the oil level in the hydraulic system tank is normal, and make up for the lack of parts.
3 the operation of oil pressure system check, operate under the highest operation to see the machine function.
4 to inspect the gap between the lower roll bearing housing and the sliding rail gap of the frame.

二级技能保养液压体系大保养：
1液压油每一至两年换油一次。
2换油时放空原油箱中的液压油，查看油箱底部有无杂质，并清洗油箱。
3过滤器 每次换油时，过滤器应替换或完全清洗。
4各液压控制元件（阀门）视状况进行清洗。

2 when changing oil, vent the hydraulic oil in the original tank, check whether there is impurity at the bottom of the tank, and clean the tank.
3 filter should be replaced or cleaned completely when changing oil every time.
